Real estate market in Costa Rica is very favorable and it makes sense to study possibility of the purchase here than anywhere else. For instance, the price of a two bedrooms apartment in London ranges around $600,000, but it is possible to find something of the kind in San Jose and it will cost $130,000. Makes sense to consider the option.
